Creating a Place for the Masters
50 Hudson Yards will be the marquee office tower at Related’s Hudson Yards. It has been designed by the masters, with building and interiors by Foster and Partners and feature artwork in the lobby by Frank Stella. It was our task to create visuals that not only captured every refined detail and finish but also to design context and environs that created the proper sense of place for these masterworks.

Landscape + Retail Design
We designed the feature landscape elements, retailers, and completed a schematic design of a subway access tunnel in order to truthfully convey the project’s potential.
Respecting the Masters
The building design and art installations by Foster + Partners and Frank Stella respectively, are incredibly specific in detail and materiality. They represent countless hours of thought and design on the part of those designers. We take it upon ourselves to respect that artistic commitment by capturing every detail no matter their complexity.
Place is in the Details
We believe that making a place is in the details. We find these details that are uniquely “of the place” in the background, in the reflections, and in the people. We are self-driven in this obsession because, for us, these details are what bring the viewer to this place.
