Apartments and Amenities on the Hudson
AvalonBay Properties engaged Red Leaf to provide visual marketing collateral for their development in Edgewater, NJ, a growing township along the burgeoning Hudson River corridor. The building has 240 rental units and over a dozen large-scale amenity spaces. The challenge for Red Leaf was straightforward: create stunning visuals of the residences and amenities that convey a sense of place for a broad demographic appeal. We sought to convey the messaging through the details, using view photography of the Hudson River and casting appropriate talent to appeal to a broad demographic.

The client had already developed a thorough interior design complete including a detailed purchasing list for furniture and gym equipment. When such details exist, we make it our job to read the drawings and specifications, coordinate with the designers, and ensure that every detail, furniture, and fabric is represented as designed and in the best light possible.
