Visualization + Design
The Square West Palm and its immediate surrounds in West Palm Beach has been a nexus of community building and development for Related for over 20 years. In its current iteration, the retail spine along Rosemary Avenue has been completely refreshed and there have been completed and set in construction at least 2 new ground-up Grade-A office towers and a luxury residence, among other developments in retail and office that all signal a massive investment in the future core of this community.
We have been absolutely delighted and challenged in every way to be an ongoing part of developments at West Palm Beach since 2019. Our engagement has spanned not only being a visualization expert but also an ongoing design partner, helping to move the project forward by providing design synthesis and project clarity from among multiple design parties.

Creating Clarity
We have been continually energized by the level of design expertise we have had the opportunity to bring to the table in order to realize our visualizations. These images highlight some of our key value adds:
– Retail frontage design throughout Rosemary square
– Compelling Schematic Design synthesis among existing context, retailer , architecture schematic designs, and interior designs to create holistic realistic visions
– Redesign and refinements throughout project with many of our details worked into final construction.
Place, Plants, and People
West Palm Beach is lush!! To make sure all our images feel “of the place” we keep a constant focus on “Place, Plants, and People”. For the plants, we have dug deep to ensure we have captured grasses, palms, Grapeseed Trees, Bougainvillea, and other landscape to best capture the real lushness of the place; we have even gone as far as custom growing trees and vines in the computer to make sure we get it right. For the people, after numerous trips to the site to understand the people of the place we have incorporated multiple custom photoshoots to ensure we also get this right. Take a look at the lampposts, the paving patterns, the patina on the clock tower, the architectural details – we have obsessed about all of it. We believe it is details like this that all add up to a real evocation of Rosemary Square.
Feature Project: One Flagler
One Flagler is a 25-story ground-up Class-A office building on the West Palm Beach bay waterfront, being designed and built by SOM. The project will preserve in perpetuity the historic First Church of Christ, Scientist, one of the most architecturally significant buildings in Palm Beach County. We have been proud to develop some early marketing imagery for this project, including work on bringing to life the ground floor restaurant at the park. Look forward to more from us on this project.
575 Rosemary
575 Rosemary is a 21-story mixed-use tower with state-of-the-art luxury residences, luxury lifestyle amenities, commercial office space, and retail along the vibrant Rosemary Avenue. The building is designed by Elkus Manfredi and Leo A. Daly with interiors by Meyer Davis. It will be an anchor for the regions’ arts, culture, well living, and entertainment. Red leaf has been actively working across this project to help bring to life the project working alongside a multitude of visionary designers. Look forward to more from us on this project.
